Actress Sridevi’s daughter, Janhvi Kapoor is always in the news not just for her Bollywood assignments but also for her beautiful looks and fashion sense. Janhvi once again grabbed the headlines recently when she arrived at a Diwali party wearing a backless blouse with a white sari in which she looked very beautiful. Janhvi herself has shared some of her photos on social media.
Actually Janhvi Kapoor had arrived to attend Bollywood actor and her uncle Anil Kapoor’s Diwali party. She was wearing a white sari, which was similar to the one her mother Sridevi wore in the movie ‘Chandni’. In addition to this, just like Sridevi, Janhvi too had red lipstick and white jhumkas which went very well with the white saree.
There was a flood of comments when Janhvi Kapoor shared her photographs in white saree on instagram. Some people called her ‘beautiful’ some called her ‘hot’ while many even called her ‘Chandni’. But most people mentioned that she made them remember her mom Sridevi’s look in movie ‘Chandni’. It is to be noted that in 1989 film ‘Chandni’, Sridevi wore a chiffon white saree which was widely appreciated.
Janhvi, who is regularly in news on account of her her style and glamorous look, appears mostly in Western dress. But her fans also like to see her in Indian outfits. Several times Janhvi Kapoor has mentioned about her mother Sridevi on social media. Recently, just a day before Sridevi’s first death anniversary, she had put a very emotional post on social media in memory of her mother.
Talking about Janhvi Kapoor’s Bollywood career so far, her debut film was ‘Dhadak’ in which she played a lead against Ishan Khattar. Her upcoming movies are ‘Dostana 2’ with Karthik Aryan, ‘Rooh Afza’ with Rajkumar Rao and ‘Gunjan Saxena’ with Pankaj Tripathi.
