2 Ripe Guavas (please use ripe Guavas only)
2 Green Chillies
1 Cup Chopped Coriander leaves
½ Cup Mint Leaves
Pepper (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
Method to Prepare Guava Chutney:
Method to prepare Guava chutney is quite simple and can be prepared within few minutes. Firstly, chop the ripe Guavas into small pieces. Remove as many seeds as possible (more seeds will give granular texture to the chutney). Put the chopped Guavas, Green Chillies, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves as per above mentioned quantity in a mixing jar. Lastly put salt, pepper and squeeze 1 full lemon into it. Shut the mixing jar and grind it till it turns into a paste.
